What do you get when you let us handle your claim?

There are many details to be handled when it comes to claims representation.  Our clients have multiple concerns and our job is to address all of those concerns.  The two main concerns when it comes to claims are money and time.  How much money am I going to get?  How much should I get?  How long is it going to take for me to get my money to fix my house?  How much time am I going to have to spend to deal with this claim?  These are all questions that our clients ask themselves when dealing with a loss covered by insurance.

Our company gives you back all of your time and our goal is to get you the maximum settlement you deserve based on your coverage.  Sometimes when you don't have the proper endorsements or when your coverage is lacking within the policy, you may not get paid what you expected to receive.  We can only get you what you are entitled to within the policy.  Your policy is your contract between you and the insurance company.  Whatever it says is what you have, so make sure you have what you need.

If you are wondering if you have the coverage you need, call us and we can guide you over the phone within three minutes.  We'll ask you about a dozen questions and based on your answers, we will make recommendations on what we feel would properly cover your home.

Call us today at 410-961-6770 to schedule a phone consult to review your policy.  Call the same number to have us advocate for you on your claim.  We've had great success over the years and we would love the opportunity to work with you.

Find out your coverage before lightning strikes..

As people all along the East Coast continue to deal with the effects of Hurricane Sandy, there is something very important to consider.  Do you know how your home is covered under your insurance policy...in this moment?  For most people the answer would be "No".  Most people call up their agent, tell them that they just bought a house and ask for coverage.  The agent asks for some information and sends over a policy which the homeowner believes will provide complete coverage in the event of a loss.  Unfortunately when the loss occurs, it is too late to worry about coverage....you have what you have and that's it.  Only then do many people find out that they have inadequate coverage.  The lesson here is get clear on your coverage before damage occurs.  What is a good deductible to have in place?  What is a good premium?  Do you have all of the proper endorsements?  Are the right names on the policy?  Protect (for most people) your most valuable asset...your home.  We as public adjusters give a FREE policy review and help you to locate issues with coverage and give you the information you need to make the changes you must.  The question to ask is "Why didn't my agent do this?"  Fill out the contact sheet on our website to schedule your FREE policy review.
